1. OWNERSHIP
   This software and all associated documentation, source code, binaries,
   and related materials (the "Software") are the exclusive property of
   Jason You and are protected by copyright, trade secret, and other
   intellectual property laws.

2. RESTRICTIONS
   You may NOT:

   - Use this Software for any commercial purpose without explicit written
     permission from Jason You
   - Copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, or sell the Software
   - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
   - Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
   - Create derivative works based on the Software
   - Use the Software as a basis for developing competing products

3. PERMITTED USE
   Limited evaluation and personal study is permitted solely for the purpose
   of assessing the Software's capabilities. Any other use requires explicit
   written authorization from Jason You.

4. BUSINESS LICENSING
   Commercial use, including but not limited to:

   - Deployment in production environments
   - Integration with commercial systems
   - Use in enterprise applications
   - Resale or redistribution
   - Consulting or service offerings

   Requires a separate commercial license agreement with Jason You.

5. NO WARRANTY
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
   OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL
   JASON YOU BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER
   IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN
   CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

6. TERMINATION
   This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license
   will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any
   of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software
   in your possession.

7. GOVERNING LAW
   This license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
   of the jurisdiction where Jason You resides, without regard to conflict of
   law provisions.

8. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
   This license constitutes the entire agreement between you and Jason You
   regarding the Software and supersedes all prior communications,
   understandings, or agreements relating to the subject matter hereof.
