Add secure Email skill with MCP, Entra ID and Microsoft Agent Framework (human-in-the-loop)

Develop a new skill to securely manage email communication within AzulClaw.

Requirements:

• All email handling must occur securely, leveraging the MCP (Managed Control Plane) to ensure limited and controlled agent capabilities
• The integration should require Entra ID for authentication
• Enable multifactor authentication flows using Microsoft Authenticator
• Incorporate "human in the loop" approval via Microsoft Agent Framework flows to authorize sensitive actions
• Ensure least-privilege permissions and robust auditing

This will deliver secure, enterprise-grade email management compliant with modern security, identity, and compliance standards.
