The SetupFiles directory was used in the original QwAnalysis software framework to ensure that we had the correct compilation/shared-library environment to run the analysis program. It was focused on being able to build a setup script that would then be executed to ensure consistency in setting up the environment between compilation and running.
Since then, there have been many improvements in setting up the environment, and japan-MOLLER can be compiled and run without using the SetupFiles scripts at all.
We should evaluate if there is anything still useful to run, and if so, modify the instructions so that people know to use it. If there is nothing useful there, we should get rid of it all.
