Add a beta branch?

Alpaca has been impossible to actually use for me since 7.5.0 released, with each version since having multiple crash bugs, messages not rendering properly, or having message generation completely broken. I think you should reconsider what was proposed in #848. Having a beta branch where testers can try out new feature updates and report bugs without disrupting the majority of people who just want a stable way to interact with AI models would make Alpaca a far better app. This isn't a pet project anymore, the Alpaca repository has over a thousand stars and the app has more than 100,000 downloads from Flathub. A few days ago someone asked me what app they should use to easily run local AI models. I said that I use Alpaca but can't recommend it because of the bugs that are constantly plaguing it. I hope this can change soon, as I'd really like to be able to tell others about Alpaca. Thanks for considering.
