TW-1440 is fixed, remove workaround after some grace period

TW-1440 is now fixed; Taskwarrior lets now import from STDIN. The hook still writes a temp file which is imported.

This should be cleaned up some time after 2.4.5 is released, maybe even with some extended grace period.
