Moving to existing csv-parsing tools

We don't need to parse the CSV/TSV tables ourselves, this probably could be done by using existing tools

Please consider using bioinf-commons as a helper, e.g. https://github.com/JetBrains-Research/bioinf-commons/blob/master/src/main/kotlin/org/jetbrains/bio/dataframe/CSVLike.kt
