Input candidate window of IME does not follow the caret on Windows #574
Description
I'm Weasel IME in Intellij 2025.2.2.
When switching to the IDE for the first time, the position of the candidate window is accurate, but after moving the caret, the candidate window is always pop up at the first position and will not be updated. It seems that TSF's ITextStoreACP::GetTextExt method is not getting the accurate caret position from Intellij Runtime.
