Better gdscript formatting defaults (respect godot styleguide)

Based on the styleguide for gdscript, I think formatter is a bit overzealous with indentations and line breaks.

I suggest disabling alignment by default:

(by default everything is aligned, which is a very uncommon coding style)

And keep the minimum blank lines before func declarations to 1:

I am personally using format code to fix indents from spaces to tabs.
I wonder if that case would brake with the proposed defaults.

Tabs is indeed the recommended default for Godot so this is good and not what this issue is about. I'm merely suggesting to change how the default formatting shapes the code.

The default align rules would break this rule:

And the default minimum space between func declaration (2 lines) would basically break all the examples in the guide, where there is exactly one line between each function declaration.

There are other rules that could be enforced by default to enforce the recommended style guide but I'm only focusing on the default formatting rule that actively go against the style guide

Rider 2025.2 Nightly builds have auto-indentation disabled, so it would less smart, but at least would not do unexpected things.
