Support reasoning in streaming API #1411
Description
Currently StreamFrame does not appear to recognize reasoning messages in a any meaningful way, this is evidenced by the fact toMessageResponses will never construct reasoning messages.
Considering long reasoning traces (i.e. long waiting times with no response) are the primary motivating factor for using the streaming API, StreamFrame and its surrounding APIs should recognize reasoning messages.
