Hints for parameter/properties label fails when there's a space after the comma

It is a pretty lil error, it won't show inline hints when you add a space or breaks the line after the comma. Pretty lil error but bothers a lot (specially working with libraries that use named params a lot like dnet)
The same happens with properties in constructors

@auduchinok Here are some snippets:

func(a=1,b=2) // intelisense works fine
func(a=1, b=2) // no intelisense for b
func(a=1, b=2,c=3) // intelisense only for a and c
(* all patterns for functions also happen with constructors, including named arguments and properties *)

Applies to any whitespace after the comma (space, newline, tab); about the PR I thought the error was on how the code handles whitespace but now i see it isn't used, sorry for that (also unliked the PR to the issue)
