Install docker binaries

This package would be considerably more useful if it supported a Docker-in-Docker convention. Container based builds would be a snap! :)

Can't that be done by just building new image over jetbrains/teamcity-server one?
I'd like to keep server image as minimal as possible.

Sure, although then it's up to people being familiar with your distribution of choice.

Docker is so general purpose, maybe you can just offer a tagged variant as a convenience?
