[BUG] IMX477 resolution is restricted to 8.3MP but camera has 12.3 MP max resolution.

Hi @jetsonhacks, I have tried this with the IMX477 sensor but the max resoultion I can get is 3840*2160 @30 FPS with NVargus but the camera has max resolution as 12.3MP. Is there any way to get max resolution?
