[Request] Add NumLock to the API

Description of feature

I have made the Shikai theme and was thinking if there was a way to enable or disable the numlock trough de API so that the user can select if he wants the numlock on or off. Something like lightdm.numlock.enable().

I'm not sure if QT provides such feature, I will look into it.
