Add grace period for out of date AUR packages #2758

Description

@pol-rivero

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When running yay to install updates, there is a "Flagged Out Of Date AUR Packages" warning for all flagged packages, regardless of how long they have been flagged for.

Image

As discussed in #331, this warning is not actionable. Also, if the maintainer takes only a few days/weeks to update the package, the warning isn't important and just adds noise.
For packages that have been flagged for months, this warning is important, as it warns the users that they should take action (for example, use an alternative package).

Describe the solution you'd like

A config option to define a grace period, in days, below which the warning is not shown. Therefore, the "Flagged Out Of Date AUR Packages" would contain only the packages that have been flagged for N or more days.
The default value of this config could be 0, to preserve the current behavior.

Describe alternatives you've considered

None, just ignore the warning.
