Keyboard Shortcuts (Unordered List/Numbered List) in Version 3

Describe the bug
Currently, when using the version 3, none of the Keyboard Shortcut like creating a bullet point list or numbers are not working.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Version 3

Type * + space = No Results, just shows *
Type 1 + space = No Results, just shows 1

Expected Behaviour

Type * + space = No Results, ideally it should be converted to Unordered List
Type 1 + space = No Results, ideally it should activate Numbered List

Also, do you have a Balloon Option available in Version 3?

Both balloon options and sub toolbars are available.

Try like this, In the absence of other text:
"1" + "." + space
"*" + "." + space
