BIN to MAT FILE CONVERSION

Hi, please i see that in the regression_test_signal_file directory, there is a .bin file and an equivalent .mat file, is there a function in the repository that handles this conversion maybe?

How do i convert my .bin file to a .mat file ?

ANy feedback or directions would be appreciated
