synthetic lethality predictions dataset?

I am wondering if the synthetic lethality prediction files are available for the methods that you benchmarked in this work. This would be a very valuable dataset for mining and exploration. I took a look through this and the zenodo repository but did not find them.

Thank you for your interest. We have updated the relevant data in the Zenodo repository. Specifically, we’ve organized the prediction results from 10 models, sorting them by prediction scores and compiling the top 1% ranked gene pairs. This set includes over 1.78 million gene pairs, which will be added to the next version of the SynLethDB database. We’ll provide more detailed information in the future.
