we are trying to bring polyomino to Bioconda, which resulted in the following issue:
Thanks for looking into the license file issue. The problem is that the source package published in PyPI does not include a license file. The license metadata on PyPI is also blank, although the GitHub repo includes an MIT license file. Maybe they prepared the package manually and did not include this. The GitHub repo doesn't include any version or release tags, so it's not clear which commit or branch corresponds to which version. You could contact the package authors to try and resolve this.
