逐步把 gruntfile 替换成 gulp #23
Description
由于别的repo，比如 jisuanke2 都在用gulp，只有这里还有一个 grunt，先逐步把 grunt 替换成 gulp 吧。
之前已经写了几个 task。可以保留下 grunt 做备用
