HTTPS Encrypted traffic with customized port

I need to perform 2 tasks, are these possible or not with EvilNoVNC:

1. By default EvilNoVNC uses port 80 (HTTP) and the traffic is unencrypted. Can I encrypted the traffic i.e. create HTTPS connection between server and client?

2. Can I use customized port instead of using port 80 or 443?
