DOC: mention easy install options for those unable to `sudo apt-get` dependencies

When you are on a server running sudo apt-get is not exactly possible for the upstream dependencies. Could you please add a manba install section to your install docs, too?

That would help users finding this info on their own (they find the docs without issues and trying to follow it, too, but then get stuck).
