Clean pause checkpoint. Mark the model-enrichment lock as PAUSED HERE in handoff and
add a consolidated 2026-06-24 log entry summarizing the line (Stage-2 -> controls ->
artifact-probe -> mechanics -> main-quest reset -> enrichment lock). Resume point is
explicit: GO Commit 2 (build/run the exclusivity shot) or route to labeling (lock
E8 / reset 5). No code started; crux stays OPEN.

Docs-only, no claim, no lock change, no matched-null/new-universe/Genesis/1H/ETH/refresh.
