add .deb package + various workflow tweaks

TODO:
- adjust resources directory path
- add commandline flags to easily automate filling the Comment+Version in the .deskop file and Description+Version in DEBIAN/control file
- add macos .dmg or .pkg support too
- get a mac to actually be able to test it
