Add support for Mini DuMP (ELF, and PE)

Mini DuMP is used as coredump in linux and windows.

$ lldb ./hello
(lldb) run -s
(lldb) process save-core /tmp/mini

$ file /tmp/mini
/tmp/mini: Mini DuMP crash report, 14 streams, Fri Nov 22 17:21:39 2024, 0 type
