Helix 3 v2.5.2 & simple port v1.6 - error

Hi guys

I have simple portfolio v1.6 running in Joomla 3.8.6 and Helix 2.4 no problem.

Once i switch to Helix 2.5.2 (latest - even 2.5.1), when i go into simple port, i get errors starting with ...

Notice: Undefined variable: pageclass in C:\wamp64\www\ALS\plugins\system\helix3\core\helix3.php on line 99

Once back to Helix3 v2.4 no such errors. Any pointer to fix.

Still no taker so here it goes again; hope following redefine the problem better. All extensions and template is latest to date from SP.

I am using Joomla 3.8.7 and has SP Simple portfolio v1.6 with Helix 3 template v2.4. Before these various upgrade my website has no error message. Once i use Helix 3 latest version 2.5.3 i see the following error message i move into the SP Simple portfolio.
