Add Short and Detailed (separated) Description Metadata fields

Basically title,

Short and Detailed Description fields

For example Steam API provide both short and detailed description metadata.
IGDB provides short description and Story description.
IGN can be used as Short description and other source as detailed description... and so on.

And of course it would be needed for Steam metadata plugin to provide short description as well as detailed one.
