Track DELAY extractiong is missing #2

Description

@Mangoes

Hi,

  1. Many audio tracks in mkv files have a positive or negative delay. (This automatically happens when source bluray/dvd tracks have a delay which is properly applied when remuxing them, or for other audio synchronization reasons).
  2. Also, when importing audio tracks with the delay in the file name into mkvtoolnix (and other tools as well), it will properly apply the delay to the muxing (by automaticaly detecting the delay in the track file name and applying it into the "Delay" field" in mkvtoolnix.
  3. The problem if the delay is lost or not seen because of mkvextract-gtk, will be out of sync audio when remuxing the tracks.

-> tracks demuxed with mkvextract-gtk fail this. Currently mkvextract-gtk does neither detect, nor properly apply the delays if they are present.

The app should:

  1. display the delays (even 0) in the track list
  2. name the extracted track file with the delay at the end (like the language). (Like gMKVExtractGUI , so that the delay is properly detected when importing the tracks in mkvtoolnix).

gMKVExtractGUI does this properly (the exe works with mono on linux). Look at the screenshots on the project page to see how it does this. The source code is also available.

Thanks!
