I installed Ubuntu 22.04 LTS Desktop with Linux 5.10 downloaded from your site.
Everything worked until after I transferred from sd card to nvme drive.
All users created before the transfer lost permissions on opening ubs drives.
I solved the problem by following the instructions at this link: https://askubuntu.com/questions/1320624/no-permission-to-access-to-any-usb-drive
Kernel version
5.10
SBC model
Rock 5 itx
