🚀 Feature: use node:module's native findPackageJson

Overview

I'm backing up my computer before I return it to the school and noticed I have a patch sitting around locally to drop readPackageJson in favor of the native findPackageJson method. It'd be a large min version bump though, which I think is why I didn't send it in.

Not expecting this to be a now thing, but whenever we release the next majory version, worth considering?

We're still on 0.x. We can add whatever breakages we want, whenever. And since both https://www.npmjs.com/package/debug-for-file?activeTab=dependents and https://sourcegraph.com/search?q=context:global+debug-for-file+-lang:HTML+-lang:Rust+&patternType=keyword&sm=0 show that only Flint is using this right now, I'd say let's merge it in. 🤘
