Upgrade proposals now have a configurable timelock delay and veto window. After quorum is reached, proposals enter a timelock period during which any admin can veto. After the timelock expires with no veto, the proposal becomes executable.
| Feature | Details |
|---|---|
| Minimum Timelock | 24 hours (86400 seconds) |
| Default Timelock | 24 hours, enabled |
| Veto Window | During timelock period only |
| Veto Authority | Any multisig admin |
| Veto Effect | Single veto blocks execution |
| Execution | Only after timelock expires with no veto |
// Set 24-hour timelock

- ✅ Veto functionality (during window, after window, duplicate)
- ✅ Timelock configuration (minimum, custom, disabled)
- ✅ Execution validation (before expiry, after expiry, if vetoed)
- ✅ Error conditions (all error codes)
- ✅ Edge cases (boundary conditions, state validation)
- ✅ Multiple action types (UpgradeContract, VerifyVet, ChangeAdmin)

- ✅ Existing functions still work
- ✅ New fields added to MultiSigProposal
- ✅ Default timelock config (24 hours, enabled)
- ✅ No breaking changes
- ✅ Minimum 24-hour timelock enforced
- ✅ Veto only during timelock window
- ✅ Single veto blocks execution
- ✅ Duplicate vetoes prevented
- ✅ Admin authentication required
// Set default 24-hour timelock
client.set_timelock_config(&admin, &86400, &true);let config = client.get_timelock_config();
assert_eq!(config.timelock_duration, 86400);
assert!(config.enabled);Solution: Wait for timelock to expire before executing
Solution: Proposal was vetoed; cannot execute
Solution: Timelock duration must be >= 86400 seconds (24 hours)
Solution: Can only veto during timelock window (before timelock_end)
Solution: Admin already vetoed this proposal; cannot veto twice
