Create a `.zenodo.json` to get Zenodo metadata right

Zenodo automatically infers metadata every time there's a release, but there are several things it doesn't get right. For example, MicroPhen is listed as a contributor, but IIRC this was @niklastenhaef under a different email address??

To fix it we can create a .zenodo.json file.

• Name human code-contributors as shown by GitHub
• Set the title field
• Set ORCiDs
