Move to JuliaAudio org?

@JeffFessler Seems like you are also an owner of JuliaAudio. Would it make sense to have Sound.jl there as well?

I hadn't done this previously because I didn't know if people would think this little repo is too "matlab-esque" to be part of the org. But I see there are 28 stars now so apparently some have found it useful.

I leave the issue open until I have a chance to fix some URLs. Thanks!

If you can give me owner on JuliaAudio, I can help with some small maintenance tasks in the repos there, and upgrade any recipes. We have a nice ecosystem, and I was just seeing where it's all at.

Presumably we should update the path in the General registry.
