Magic File identifier "TZjf" not found error

[tomdstone]

When trying to install RData, even in a fresh environment, I am getting an error stemming from the TimeZones package, although I'm able to install the TimeZones package by itself and things appear to work fine. For what its worth, I have the same error when trying to install Arrow.jl

I am on a Mac M2 Pro, MacOS Sequoia version 15.2
