Test downstream packages

Should hopefully catch things like #95 breaking CUDA earlier. This is a lot of builds but PRs to this repo are infrequent and behaviour can vary between Base versions so I thought it made sense to test RCs as well.

OK, this is now failing for the "right" reason, which is that CUDA.jl is itself broken at the moment!
