Move from WebIO to Bonito

Feature Request

It seems that the whole WebIO stack (Blink.jl) is not very well maintained. Moving to Bonito.jl seems like a good idea (https://simondanisch.github.io/Bonito.jl/stable/plotting.html).

Also, it may be a good idea to experiment with WGLMakie.jl instead of PlotlyJS.jl, but it seems that is not ready yet for a complete replacement.
