Support `Iterators.flatmap` for Julia <1.9

Base.Iterators.flatmap was introduced in Julia 1.9 but supporting it for earlier versions should be as easy as doing (as described in the docs):

flatmap(f, iterators...) = Iterators.flatten(map(f, iterators...)
