Tests failing on Windows and Linux with Julia LTS

Tests are failing for some reason on these platforms. They pass on MacOS just fine:

It seems that the problem is related to this commit:

c82409c

where <pre> was removed from the rendering of a StyledString to HTML. However, I was really expecting that the test should fail in every LTS platform. However, they are passing only on macOS LTS and on 1.11.

I likely won't get a chance to look at this till the end of the weekend, but I'll try to do so then. Feel free to ping me if next week starts without an update from me.
