cannot install MLPreprocessing #12

Dear All,
I am trying to add MLPreprocessing as follows but it fails:
julia> import Pkg; Pkg.add("MLPreprocessing")
ERROR: The following package names could not be resolved:

MLPreprocessing (not found in project, manifest or registry)

I am using macOS Big Sur and the magnificent Julia Version 1.6.0.
