Is there a way to interpolate a grid of missing values. code show as below:

x=[6, 6, 11, 6, 11, 16, 11, 16]
y=[61, 66, 61, 71, 66, 61, 71, 71]
z=[3, 3, 3, 2, 2, 3, 2, 2]
sorted_x = sort(unique(x)) # 6 11 16
sorted_y = sort(unique(y)) #61 66 71
zshape=z #There is no method to form a 3*3 shape
linear_interpolation((sorted_y, sorted_x), zshape) #zhape has only 8 elements, There is no method to form a 3*3 shape
