Extrapolation using Splines

Hi,


A big fan of the package and using Interpolations.jl quite a lot. Just wanted to ask if you had any plans to extend the extrapolation methods to use splines in the near future. I am currently using the linear extrapolation but the spline extrapolations in Matlab look quite nice.
