Bad filename when installing on Windows

I just tried to install the Try package to Julia 1.8.1 on Windows 10. The install fails with this error:

```
ERROR: GitError(Code:ERROR, Class:Checkout, cannot checkout to invalid path 'src/docs/@?.md')
```

I believe you're not allowed to use '?' in filenames on Windows.
