Expand MOI Support

The priority, within the MOI support table, seems to be:

• Idicator variables
• SOS1
• Quadratic Forms

I would say that the order should be:

1. Quadratic forms (naturally explainable as QUBO using a bridge from quadratic cones to the nonlinear version of the problem)
2. Indicator variables (the most interesting in my opinion as we can sort of automatize it by using the transformation y->g(x)<= 0 <=> y*g(x) <= 0
3. SOS1 (I still do not know how to do this)
