I was not able to load the package (i.e. import UFFFiles failed)

That's still something you'll have to address. Looks like you forgot to rename src/UFFio.jl.

This would have been caught by having tests for the package. I would strongly recommend adding some tests to your runtests.jl file, and to set up GitHub actions to run these automatically and to collect coverage information. See https://modernjuliaworkflows.org for guidance (or emulate what you see in the setup of other Julia packages).

You can make changes to fix the automerge issue, or whatever else you want to do, during the three-day waiting period. Just make sure you keep the version 0.1.0 unchanged, and retrigger the registration (commenting @JuliaRegistrator register on the updated commit). That will update this existing PR without resetting the time for the waiting period.

You'll also want to make sure to set up TagBot so that your release is properly tagged after the registration is merged.
