Maybe I misunderstand "This package reads data files for Maritime Inventory Routing Problem (MIRP) instances from MIRPLib": Does this only provide data I/O, but not (unlike the original MIRPLib) solve the planning problem? If so, the name MIRPLib does not seem appropriate, but rather should be something like MIRPData

The MIRPLib is a page with the data for the MIRP: https://mirplib.scl.gatech.edu/home, and the current package provides the I/O for Julia code.

About the name, I'm following the standard from others that already exist in the registry:

• TSPLib (currently broken) and TSPLib.jl
• CVRPLib and CVRPLib.jl
