Automerge guidelines not met. Error is:

ERROR: Overlapping ranges for JLLWrappers for version 15.0.7+0 in registry.

Seems like compat for JLLWrappers is "1.2.0-1" for [11-15] and "1.7.0-1" for [15-21]. Should [11-15] be changed to [11-14], [15-21] reverted to [16-21], or something else?

#147681 has the same issue, and I don't have write permissions so I'll need the help of someone who does to fix this. Thank you!
