It seems we have to rename this package in order to register it in the general registry.

I'd prefer Traces.jl, any thoughts @HenriDeh ?

Out of curiousity: What is this about?

Traces can mean a lot of things (see OnlineStats for example) I think maybe RL or Reinforcement learning should be in the name to be clearer about the content. RLTraces maybe ? In the literature what this package does is called Experience Replay Buffers. But that's weird since the structs in this package are not called that. So yeah Traces or a variant is fine.
