This is not the package LatexStrings.jl, it's LaTeXStrings.jl

Try the correct spelling

using LaTeXStrings

If that doesn't work, make sure the package is installed.

(The error message you are seeing from the Pluto environment is not very helpful, as described here: https://discourse.julialang.org/t/pkg-error-messages-in-pluto-miss-the-often-basic-typo-not-loaded-suggestions/122676 — the most common reasons for the error message are either a typo or the package not being installed.)

Julia package names are case-sensitive regardless of operating system.
