Bring back adaptive CSIMP #131
Description
In #126, the adaptive CSIMP algorithm from https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0045782520300621?via%3Dihub was removed to simplify the code. I am opening this issue to track that we need to bring it back.
