spikeinterface sorting object as input

use of spikeinterface sorting object as input, allowing for non-kilosort sorters to be used.

instead of reading kilosort .npy files. it would be great if bombcell could read a sorting object / folder from spikeinterface directly

Hi,
Thanks for your message! We're currently working having also a port of bombcell in spikeInterface. I'll update on this issue what that is finalized.
In the meantime, I can have a look & see how difficult it would be add the spikeinterface sorting object as input in the coming weeks.
