Translating skills into other languages

I've been using Caveman for testing and realized it might be worth having skills available in multiple languages.

As a Brazilian developer, I typically create skills in Brazilian Portuguese for easier maintenance and to share with other Portuguese speakers. While I recognize English has lower token costs and dominates LLM training, supporting Caveman skills in other languages could significantly expand access for users with limited English proficiency—particularly in regions where English learning infrastructure is weaker.
